Here are our Frequently Asked Questions…

What areas do you cover? 
We cover a 10-mile (approx.) radius from CA28 9PY We can travel further but additional (per mile) charges will be occurred.

How do I book my Pet(s) in with you? 
You can email your enquiry or phone and speak to one of our friendly team, who will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.  We will need to meet you/your pet(s) face to face prior to getting you booked in.

What is the application process? 
The following is how we get you to become part of the Paw Pat Roll Family: 

* We meet you and your pet at your home and get to know both you and your pet(s) 
* We agree you and your pet(s) needs 
* Discuss days and times you would like us to care for your pet(s) 
* Go through the Application/Acceptance Form 
* You and your pet(s) become members of our family 

How do I pay? 
You will be billed after your service has been completed, an invoice will be sent to you via email or other preferred method (as discussed) and payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or via PayPal (details below) 

Bank Transfer: please use your Surname and your Unique Reference Number (e.g. Thompson123456) and make payment to:

* Account Number: 86735529 

Cash: We accept cash, it must be in a sealed envelope with the following information written on it: 

* Suki 
* e.g. (Mr/Mrs) Thompson
* 123456 
* June 2022 Invoice 

PayPal: We accept PayPal payments, once you are a member, we will issue you with a Unique Reference Number for all PayPal payments.

Can you help if I am a Shift Worker? 
If you have a shift rota, we can discuss this with you when we initially come to meet you and your pet(s). We can also be available if you have an emergency shift/call out but please give us as much notice as you can. 

Do you need house keys? 
We need access to your house to care for your pet(s). This can be a key, a lockbox or via locked gates (whatever your access arrangements are is fine with us). If we have a key, we may make a spare copy of this in case of an emergency, if we do this, we would always seek your permission first, any duplicate keys would always be returned to you upon completion of your service/end of your membership with us. Keys will be labelled with your pet’s name(s), your pet’s details will be logged with your info (name & address) on a secure computer, all keys/key codes will never be written with your address next to them for safety – safety is key when it comes to your pets and your home. 

Do you take photos of my pets? 
We take pictures of your pet(s) whether we are out on a walk or there as a companion for your pet(s), this will sometimes depend on the weather. We do use pictures and videos of your pet(s) on our website and social media page(s), if you would prefer us not to do this, please let us know this upon our initial visit or at any stage of your journey with us. 

Can I specify a particular time? 
We can discuss this at our initial meet with you and your pet(s), we will always try and walk your pet at the specified time slot. We will always visit your pet if we are coming to your home as a companion as close to the specified time slot as we can (e.g. travel/traffic/weather delays). 

Will my dog be off lead? 
Yes, but only if you are happy with us doing this, if you are happy your dog(s) have good recall. We would test your dog in a quiet area first to see if their recall was OK, your dog(s) safety is key for us so if in any doubt we would not put your dog(s) at risk. 

What happens in bad weather? 
If your Pet(s) are happy to get wet (so are we), If they like the snow (so do we). 

What happens to the data you have about me/my pet(s)/my home?
Paw Pat Roll are committed to ensuring protection of all personal information that we hold, we recognise our obligations and fully meet the requirements of GDPR.

How do I know you have been? 
After our visit, whether it is to take your dog(s) out for a walk or visit as a pet companion, we will write a quick report and leave it at your home for you to read or email/text/WhatsApp you it, we will take pics of our walk/visit and send them to you at some point during the day/evening. 

Are you insured?
Yes, we have a comprehensive insurance plan setup with Pet Plan Sanctuary.
